(Sacramento) – In a ceremony on the floor of the California Assembly, Dr. Joaquin Arambula (D-Fresno) took the oath of office to serve as the Assemblymember of the 31st District. “I intend to be a true public servant and listen more than talk,” said Dr. Arambula. “Most importantly, every decision I make will be in light of the needs of the constituents I am so proud to represent.” Dr. Arambula says he will focus on expanding access to clean water, increasing the amount of water available for farms, and ensuring that everyone has the right to quality and affordable medical care.
