Assembly Bill 450 – Apiary Protection Act
Improves the notification requirements when bees are moved within a county to ensure they are not harmed when pesticides are sprayed.
Assembly Bill 630 – Board of Behavioral Sciences: Psychotherapy Services
Requires therapists to provide clients with a printed disclosure form, prior to psychotherapy services, about where to a file a complaint, to ensure clients have a way to voice concerns or issues.
Assembly Bill 658 – Groundwater Storage
Creates a temporary five-year permit to divert water for groundwater storage during periods of high precipitation.
Assembly Bill 1319 – Migrant Education
Gives migrant students an option to complete their education at their school of original enrollment – should their families relocate to find work – to minimize academic and social disruptions.
