(Sacramento) - Assemblymember Dr. Joaquin Arambula (D-Fresno) applauded the California Strategic Growth Council’s decision to award $70 million to the City of Fresno for a Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) Project. Assemblymember Arambula, who ensured funding for the TCC program in the state budget said, “It’s exciting to think that these projects will help us with urban green, zero-emission vehicles, and a new Southwest Community College campus that will help us with career technical education.
