(Sacramento) – Doctor Joaquin Arambula (D-Fresno), Co-chair of the Select Committee on Health Care Delivery Systems and Universal Coverage, convened a special hearing at the state capitol to investigate ways to improve access and delivery of health care. “Health care is a right for all Californians. That isn’t up for debate,” said Assemblymember Arambula as the hearing began. “What is still to be decided is how we get there.
